Success for IDUG in Pennsylvania!

The IDUG DB2 Tech Conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania drew more than 600 attendees from across the globe. Attendees had access to a robust lineup of DB2-focused education, several networking events and complimentary workshops and testing.

119 technical sessions offered attendees the chance to learn from industry leaders who shared their expertise, lessons learned and best practices. As always, attendees had the opportunity to take one complimentary IBM DB2 certification exam. IDUG would like to thank IBM for sponsoring pre-conference training and exams. In Pennsylvania, 62% of 229 participants passed their certification exams – a 4% increase from last year and an all-time high for IDUG NA!

Keynote Highlights

Monday’s keynote speakers, Tim Vincent and Namik Hrle of IBM, led a captivating address on big data, analytics and the future of data management. Thursday’s keynote was equally as memorable, as magician Matias Letelier treated attendees to a one-of-a-kind performance.
