After months or years of designing and tuning, you've produced a high-performing DB2 database. But,
what about yourself? As IT professionals, we have notoriously sedentary jobs and often spend way too much
time glued to our monitors solving database issues with cans of soda and junk food close at hand.

That's right, no brain-numbing, technical DB2 talk in this session!! Come to this entertaining and motivational look at how to tune your body by exercising and eating right. We'll touch on why exercise programs fail, how to squeeze more fitness out of less time and how to eat right without any of those crazy diets.
