    Abstract:  This presentation talks about DB2 10 features that give you significant Out-Of-The-Box data warehouse performance benefits compared to previous versions of DB2. Common operations such as Hash Join and Aggregation are significantly enhanced. Some specific common patterns of queries are also internally rewritten to help boost performance in some cases improved by orders of magnitude. Many other changes previously only available by setting some registry variable are now enhanced and opened up. Significant improvements have also been made in intra-query parallelism.
