Speaker Bio: Joachim Limburg is currently Director for DB2 z/OS at IBM. With over 25 years of experience, he has extensive experience in the software field, going back to IBM Mainframe development in the 1980s.
Prior to IBM he held several technical roles as Architect, Product Manager and Engineering Manager in the OLAP and Business Intelligence business, and also worked many years in various development roles in the OLAP, 4GL, and database world.


Jeff Josten is an IBM Distinguished Engineer and lead architect for
DB2 for z/OS. He has worked in the DB2 Development organization at the IBM Silicon Valley Lab since 1985. Although he now covers all areas of DB2, his main areas of interest in the past have included data sharing, performance, availability and recovery. He owns several patents in the area of data base technology, and is a frequent speaker at DB2 user group meetings.

John Campbell is an IBM Distinguished Engineer reporting to the Director for z/OS Development at the IBM Silicon Valley Lab. He has extensive experience of DB2 in terms of systems, database and applications design. He specialises in design for high performance and data sharing. He is one of IBM's foremost authorities for implementing high end database / transaction processing applications.
