This presentation will discuss planning to migrate to DB2 10 for z/OS, preparing to use the new functions. We will discuss the migration process along with the planned prerequisites and deprecated functions. The content of this session will focus on the tasks of the person who plans or installs DB2. Systems programmers and database administrators generally perform this task, but there is work for all DB2 users.
