Sarbane-Oxley (SOX), HIPAA and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Acts are some regulations, which have heightened data security concerns. Increased exposure of applications to intranets and the internet, cause even more concerns. Many companies are conducting extensive audits of their environments, including databases to ensure data security is adequate. This presentation gives some ideas for preparing for the inevitable audits.
