This presentation discusses some myths or legends that you will hear about, during the course of your activities as a DBA relating to disk storage. The fact or fiction of each of them is highlighted and reasoned from both a storage perspective and a DB2 database perspective. Some of the questions raised will have no answers -- today -- but may have in the future.
