The DB2 Development Center was OK, but it's gone. It's been replaced by the DB2 Developer Workbench (DB2 DWB) - and it's great. You can use this intuitive Eclipse-based IDE to work with XML Schema documents, write XML Schema annotations, build XQuery and SQL statements, build routines, interact with repository systems, invoke comparison utilities, debug and a whole lot of other stuff that one can't fit into the maximum characters allowed in an abstract!
