Continuous Monitoring of Dynamic Queries (B11)

Topic: DB2 for z/OS

Subtopic: 2011

This presentation covers both technical details of Continuous Query Monitoring (CQM) for dynamic queries running on DB2 z/OS and the role CQM can play within an organization as an automated feedback mechanism for management to ensure that dynamic queries are processed appropriately and controls have been operating as designed. The DBA can utilize this information to set business rules or tests, using analytics to identify performance gaps or unusual transactions that may suggest control failures.
