we shall deal with "hell breaks loose" real-life situation. This is NOT for the faint of heart! It happened few months ago and we survived it! Data Sharing is a must for many organisations, however it needs to be handled wisely.The session goes through all the phases of a real-life Data-Sharing failure - from start to end and covers both technical and managerial issues.The session can be divided into 2 parts - one technical for DBAs & SysProgs and the other managerial for all levels of managers - from group leaders to corporate directors.If you consider the fact that failure lasted for 2 days during which no business activity was conducted you'll understand why you must learn from that experience!
