This presentation will review new technologies that IBM is exploring for making Java access to relational and XML databases much easier and more flexible for the application developer. The presentation will provide details on the new technology, and compare it to existing technologies that are widely used by Java developers today. The presentation will also provide an overview of IBM's plans to deliver this technology to DB2 and IDS customers.
