Would you like to health check your query and index design, with minimal effort? Would you like to start tuning as early as development, at low cost? This presentation will show you how to do this. In a matter of a few very simple ‚ úin-DB2‚ ? techniques, you will be able to detect non-performing SQL and indexes to be improved. The big mystery? The extra explain tables ! You can use the data of all of the explain tables (plan_table, dsn_predicate, dsn_sortkey‚ ¶), and turn it into a performance benefit for your company.
