This presentation will cover the implementation of Active Data Sharing for SAP at John Deere. We will review the business case, considerations, and chosen architecture. We will discuss issues and observations, and review results and conclusions of the cost of active data sharing. This is an intermediate session. We’ve been running with passive Data Sharing for a number of years. This discussion will focus on our change from passive to active Data Sharing. It assumes basic knowledge and familiarity with Data Sharing architecture and terminology.
