Many DBA's now find themselves with dozens of UDB instances and oftenhundreds of databases across many servers and testing/productionplatforms. How is a DBA to keep track of all of these and ensure thateverything is safe, secure and properly configured?? Most tools andcommands only provide information for a single instance or database.Come learn how to combine UDB table functions, administrative views andshell scripts to quickly and easily answer critical questions about yourdatabases such as:1) Am I properly configured for active logging and log archiving onevery database?2) What version/fixpak is being used for every instance on every server?3) What is the total amount of memory being used by all databases on aserver??4) Does every database have a valid backup within the last "x" days??
