IBM Informix Dynamic Server version 10 provides a lot of new features that are helpful to a data warehouse. Features such as configurable page size, large chunks and fragmentation within the same dbspace provide enhanced performance and maintenance capabilities. This presentation discusses the process of upgrading to version 10 and how to take advantage of these new features.
