Introduction to Java Development with IDS (L01)

In this session, we will discover how we can make Java talk to IDS.We will first discuss the architecture, how does Java contact databases, how it handles errors, etc.Finally, we will build a simple application that will query information from IDS and list it. We will use simple queries on the stores database and simple Java to access those information. We will draw parallels to other languages such as I-4GL.
