A High Availability ’24x7’ environment is the goal of many IT shops. For many, as the 24x7 label suggests, this means zero planned outages. True 24x7 implies no application outages of any kind. Achieving this high availability is a challenge and requires not only a sophisticated hardware infrastructure, but a tolerant application environment. This presentation will cover how CSC met this need on the NY Medicaid System.
