CONFERENCE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
To view confence agenda, please click here. Attendees will be able to access speaker's biography, presentation abstract and 5 key bullet points on the sessions available throughout the conference. Speakers can access their session information here and can update the abstracts selected for the program, provided the thread chair is notified of any changes.
Below are the important speaker deliverable deadlines for IDUG North America 2012:
Draft Presentation Due: March 16, 2012
Final Presentation Due: April 13, 2012
We encourage all speakers to adhere to these deadlines or notify the Thread Chairs with any reasons why you cannot meet these dates. Your Thread Chair will confirm receipt of all materials sent to meet the above deadlines. Your Thread Chair is the primary contact for all communications related to the conference, including submitting draft/final presenation, registration and other questions you may have for a successful conference.

Please use the official IDUG DB2 Tech Conference in Denver, Colorado USA 2012 template to assist you in preparing your presentation for the conference proceedings. The presentation template must be used throughout the entire presentation slide deck. The Speaker Guidelines document on this page provides directives for what information to include on certain slides.

VOLUNTEER TO MODERATE A SESSION
We ask each speaker to volunteer to moderate one or more sessions at the conference. Instructions on how to sign-up to moderate will be published soon.
Please upload your draft presentation by March 16, 2012.
Please upload your final presentation by April 13, 2012.
Please convert your presentation to pdf format (with Notes) prior to uploading the file.
- If using Microsoft Office 2003 – Print to PDF (install PDFCreator free tool from sourceforge.net)
- If using Microsoft Office 2007 and above – save file as PDF
- If using Lotus Symphony – Export as PDF.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
If you are a primary or an alternate speaker, you will receive a complimentary registration to IDUG North America 2012 conference. You will be able to register for the conference through the IDUG DB2 Tech Conference in Denver, Colorado USA 2012 registration site using the speaker discount code that will be provided by your thread chair in a future email communication. If you are a co-speaker you will be entitled to a discounted registration of $1100. Additional instructions for completing the co-speaker discounted registration will be provided by your thread chair in a future email. You may also download and complete the hard copy Registration Form, and in the Source Code field provide the speaker discount code, and fax the form to IDUG 2012 +1.905.479.9297. HOUSING INFORMATION AND RESERVATIONS
All speakers are responsible for booking their own accommodations for IDUG DB2 Tech Conference in Denver, Colorado USA 2012. For information on housing and reservations, please click here.
