If you want to get off the DB2-L mailing list, here is how.

If you want to get off the DB2-L mailing list, here is how.
Greetings!

The new DB2-L list is about to go into production.

We have made every attempt to remove those who do not want to subscribe. However, due to several problems we have had, and the fact
we have had to move to new software, we may have missed some cases of were people have asked to be taken off the mail list, but are
still on the list.

If you are receiving this message and do not want to be on the list, here is all you have to do:

If you have access to the Web, go to http://jupiter.ryci.com/cgi/wa.exe?GETPW1=SUBED1=db2-l to get a password.
Once you have a password, go to http://jupiter.ryci.com/cgi/wa.exe?SUBED1=db2-l&A=1 and press the "Leave the List" button.

If you do not have access to the web, send an email to [login to unmask email] with the message SIGNOFF DB2-L in the body.

If you have tried both methods above, and you still can not get off the list. Send a message to [login to unmask email], and will
remove you from the list.

From now until late Tuesday afternoon, all post to this list will be held. After that, we will release the held posts. Until Tuesday
afternoon, you can also simply reply to this message that you want to be removed from the list. However, E-mail messages have been
know to be delayed or lost, therefore we strongly recommend that you try the other methods mention above before you reply to this
message. If the list owners do not receive your request before the held messages are released, you will receive many e-mails from
this list.

Also, you may see a few more messages to the other members of the list before Tuesday afternoon. Please try to be patient. We are
not trying to "spam" anyone, and we do our best to stop sending you mail if you do not want it.

Cheers!

J. Michael Morrill
DB2-L Chief List Owner
