DB2/390 Y2K coverage

DB2/390 Y2K coverage
The DB2/390 staff at the lab has split into three shifts to provide 24x7
support through January 7, 2000, should we be needed. We will periodically
check DB2-L, but you should contact IBM Service in your geography to
start official channels working, if you have a problem.

On DB2-L I suggest you put the words "URGENT Y2K" in your subject line
(plus other unique information) if you have a problem so that list
members can quickly identify the posts that require attention. I expect
we will see mostly posts of an uneventful roll over and shared relief.

Wishing you all an uneventful Y2K, and a prosperous New Year!

Re: DB2/390 Y2K coverage
(in response to Dan Courter (543-3870))
Hi - a humble suggestion: if someone could consoliate the Y2K/DB2
experiences of this momentous upcoming weekend as a post-mortem - even just
a bullet list would be fine - so we can all share in the
wealth......Thanks
