This one of the most asked questions (generalising to 'When should
reorganise an object?'). I would suggest a good trawl through
archives before you go any further.
1. Indexes are usually more important than tablespaces
2. V6/V7 criteria are different (more info in V7/inline stats
3. Most decisions require current RUNSTATS (but consider point 2
4. Some third party products offer extra options for automating
decisions (I declare an interest!)
