SQL20200N with SPB and java SQLJ

SQL20200N with SPB and java SQLJ
When I try to create a java stored procedure with Stored Procedrue Builder using SQLJ I receive the following error:

UDBADE.JPROC1S - javac "jproc1s\JPROC1S.java"
UDBADE.JPROC1S - Javac completed.
UDBADE.JPROC1S - Jar file created.

UDBADE.JPROC1S - [IBM][CLI Driver][DB2/6000] SQL20200N The install or replace of "UDBADE .SQL21106012918140" failed as "C|/Program Files/SQLLIB/spb/projects/bld104" could not be located. SQLSTATE=46001

UDBADE.JPROC1S - Changes rolled back.
UDBADE.JPROC1S - Build failed.

The DB2 diaglog on our AIX server (target server) showed the following:

Data Title:SQLCA PID:45688 Node:000
sqlcaid : SQLCA sqlcabc: 136 sqlcode: -20200 sqlerrml: 70
sqlerrmc: UDBADE .SQL21106012918140 C|/Program
Files/SQLLIB/spb/projects/bld104
sqlerrp : SQLEJAR
sqlerrd : (1) 0x00000000 (2) 0x00000000 (3) 0x00000000
(4) 0x00000000 (5) 0x00000000 (6) 0x00000000

Has anyone experienced this and/or found a resolution?
( I found this exact error posted in the DB2 group in Google back in April '02 but there was no response).
Note: I can create java stored procedures in Stored Procedure Builder with JDBC just fine.

I'm a newbie to Java stored procedures, too, and I haven't seen your
problem. I did a quick search in IBM and it looks like you need Fixpack 7.

I'm getting a 20011 upon calling DSNTBIND.
