RACF warning msg ALTER access

RACF warning msg ALTER access
After I applied the DB2 V6 fallback PTFs & UQ64008, we started getting the
following warning msgs from RACF at DB2 startup time and continually during
DB2 operation, which are driving the Security group nuts. IBM has been
unable to identify what is causing the msgs. Has anyone encountered this
before? DB2 V6. OS/390 V2.10.

We too are at DB2 v6 on OS/390 2.10, but we have had UQ64008 applied and
running
for over a year and have seen no such messages. I'm not sure if we have
all the
fallback PTF's that you have, we are at about PUT 0304 or RSU 0303 level.
