PeopleSoft list

PeopleSoft list
I am new to the list as we are converting from PeopleSoft HR and
Financials on Unix/Informix to PeopleSoft running on AIX and DB2 on
z/OS. We are adding the PeopleSoft Student Admin after we move the HR
and Financials. Basically I'm a CICS/Adabas systems programmer and need
to get up to speed quickly in the new environment. Two questions:

1. I've got an IBM ed card. Any suggestions on must have classes.

2. Is there a PeopleSoft list like this one? If so, do you know the
sign up instructions and can pass them on to me? TIA.

Re: PeopleSoft list
(in response to Larry Ludwig)
Larry,

We run People Soft at our site, we moved our platforms the other way (DB2
-> Oracle don't ask why).
Peoplesoft has an excellent site that has a list of all tickets that were
opened on specific modules and the peopletools but you need to be
registered to the site The site itself is called PeopleSoft Customer
Connection
(http://www.peoplesoft.com/psp/cpprod/CUSTOMER/CUST/h/?tab=DEFAULT)

There is also http://www.peoplesoftpros.net/net/ that has some discussion
forums that are pretty interesting and may help

Re: PeopleSoft list

I support PeopleSoft with DB2 mainframe - you can send me email separately
if you want, but you should get a PeopleSoft logon id (call your salerep )
to get to their website for classes, info and problems resolutions.

There's a good DB2 Peoplesoft forum at CA's website. Go to www.ca.com
and do a search on peoplesoft.
