Avram,
A garbage job announcement board? Are you calling your IT brothers and
sisters seeking DB2 related jobs by posting here garbage? You got some
nerve. Maybe a day will come when they outsource YOUR job to another
country. You will never hear me complaining about your post.
I dont see an abuse problem here at all. Next time, look at the Subject,
and dont open it.

Re: DB2 JOBS ARROUND THE WORLD
(in response to Stephen Vagnier)
No John, I am not calling my IT brothers and sisters garbage. I did call job
anouncements on a technical board garbage or spam. I would call baseball
schedules at a football the same thing. This does not mean I have anything
against baseball.

I have been a contractor for most of the past 30 years. The sort of
contracts I have had are short term usually less than a year. I have changed
jobs because contracts expired, changed because it was politically the right
thing to do, changed because of down sizing, change of direction,
outsourcing, Changed because I have been dismissed for various reasons.
Finding work has been part of my responsibilities for many firms I have
worked with. I started the 3rd program in the country to train
and place prison inmates in data processing jobs. Taught vocationally
related computer cources in several universities and state colleges. Done
dozens of presentions to customers, user groups, stearing committiees, etc. I
do have some experience with the job market. I understand many of the
techniques for getting empoyment and as I have said before, I will respond to
requests from my IT brothers and sisters for help in this area, just not on
this board.
