[z/OS] DB2 Automation Tool -- Overriding generated EXPDT?

[z/OS] DB2 Automation Tool -- Overriding generated EXPDT?
Are there any IBM DB2 Automation Tool users out there who have successfully
caused the Utility Automation Tool to generate from a profile so that the
DD EXPDT parm is '99000'? The closest we can get is 2099000, which is not
what our CA-1 tape management product is looking for as an indicator of
catalog management.

Phil,

We have IBM Automation tool V1.3 and we are able to generate our jobs with
EXPDT=99000.

Here is the screen print where we can specify EXPDT=99000.

We're migrating to 2.1. Rocketsoft has connected with me and we're
working on the problem.

Re: [z/OS] DB2 Automation Tool -- Overriding generated EXPDT?
(in response to Philip Sevetson)
Phil,
Way deep into DSN specs (this is a util profile for image copies):
1. update the profile
2. Alter Image Copy DSN specs ==> Y
3. Local Primary ==> Y (Yes/No) ==> Y
will get you to....

HAA$UCPO V2R1 ------------------------------------- Image Copy Options -
Option ===>

Creator: DB2TAB Name: COPY 2 TAPE, SHRC, FULL User: xxxxxx

Enter the Image Copy options to associate with this utility profile
on the LOCAL PRIMARY dataset.

Update DSN create spec => N (Yes/No)
Unit Type => TAPE (CART/DISK/etc.)
Catalog => Y (Yes/No)
Data Class => (8 character class)
Storage Class => (8 character class)
Management Class => (8 character class)
Tape specific parameters (only needed if Unit Type is a Tape device):
Expiration date *or* => 99000 (YYYYDDD/YYDDD)
Retention period => (4 digit number)

Which generates:

//CPLP0001 DD DSN=A03.A04323.T.DBAMV.SDWAGAD.F000(+1),
// DISP=(MOD,CATLG,CATLG),
// UNIT=(TAPE,,DEFER),
// DCB=A03.MODEL,
// VOLUME=(PRIVATE,RETAIN,,5),
// LABEL=(0001,SL,,,EXPDT=99000)

HTH
Mark.
