Changing aDb2CLI.INI setting on AIX 8.1 fp 6a DB2 UDB

Changing aDb2CLI.INI setting on AIX 8.1 fp 6a DB2 UDB
I changed the db2cli.ini setting using the db2command

db2 update cli cfg for section D00D USING CURSORHOLD 0 (Yes this a zero),
I then verified that the db2cli.ini file had been changed

I then issued a db2stop followed by a db2start and also recycled Websphere
I'm still seeing with hold on every cursor from my monitor. Do I need to
reboot AIX in order to affect this change?

TIA

(I presume your Websphere is running in the same system as DB2.) Are you
sure that Websphere does not have its own db2cli.ini file (ie DB2CLIINIPATH
is not set)?

Your right. Websphere on same server as db2 connect and Websphere
DB2CLI.ini path is not set.
