DB2 for AIX, inserting from aix file to lob column - resent

Sorry if you are seeing this twice, I'm not sure the original was legible.

Hi All,

I have a table with 3 columns - keyvalue, pdf(blob 64k), html(blob 48k). I
am being supplied with a set of aix files that contain the pdf and html
data as binary, called keyvalue.pdf and keyvalue.html.
Do you know how I can get this data extracted and inserted into the table.
I've tried putting the data into a variable and putting the variable into
the insert statement, but I'm always told the parameter list is too long in
aix.

Regards,

Martin Flavell

(in response to Martin Flavell)
Any chance you can structure the data so you can use a load with
the lobsinfile option?
