Db2 Connect Thin Client

Db2 Connect Thin Client
Anyone care to share their experiences - good or bad - with running DB2
Connect Thin Clients? We are currently using the run-time client but
like the idea of having only having to install and maintain the DB2 code
in one place.

The secret of a good meeting is to have a good beginning and a good
ending; and to have the two as close together as possible.

Re: Db2 Connect Thin Client
(in response to Jim Irwin)
We have deployed DB2 Connect Thin Clients to our DB2 application
developers for their use with Visual Explain. It worked and continues
to work just fine. Two System DBAs have the run-time client installed
on their desktop so testing can be done with any upgrade before it's
deployed to the apps.
