Hello He Ming,

I'm not aware of any free trials of IBM z/OS DB2 tools downladable.
There are the free downloads of Visual Explain for DB2 for z/OS and you can download DB2 9 Enterprise Server for Windows, Linux, or Unix. And there may be stuff at Alphaworks, http://www.alphaworks.ibm.com/

Here's a site for downloads but there are no DB2 tools other than the above.
http://www14.software.ibm.com/webapp/download/home.jsp

Which specifically are you seeking?

Perhaps there are free trials available via your friendly local IBM rep.

Dave
