DB2 version 8 install panels Z/OS

DB2 version 8 install panels Z/OS
Hi all I am trying to go through the DB2 version 8 install panels to
migrate from V7. I execute the following command and I get the Version 7
beginning install panel. Does anyone have any ideas on why. I have looked
at my concatenation list allocated by my log-on on proc and the only DB2
clist library is dsn810.

Command

exec 'udbs.dsn810.sdsnclst(dsntinst)'

Thanks for any help

is it possible you have an ISPFPARM.COMMANDS.userid($INIT) being executed
pointing you elsewhere - or is this the logon proc to which you were
referring?

Walter,

I had the same problem. The clist calls panels in your SDSNSPFP library,
so check that you have the V8 one in your logon proc concatonation. I
ended up just creating a V8 logon proc so I could run this. Hope this
helps.

Thanks Steve that is what I needed to know. Was not sure what library the
screens were in. I will modify my login proc.
