strange error in sortbld in load and reorg REASON=X'00E40322'

strange error in sortbld in load and reorg REASON=X'00E40322'
We did a series of upgrades to the system.
We applied some ptf's to the z/os system 1.8
We upgraded the db2 earlycode to 9.1 (we are still in 8 NFM otherwise)
The dataset is SMS handled.

What we see is some more or less "random" error in both reorg and load utilities. It seems to be more than enough space on the volumes and it's few but some exents. It looks like the trouble occurs when we need a new extent. Sometimes just a rerun solves the problem without any changes.

Not much error messages on MSTR or DBM1 the only thing we get is this in the job:

DSNURILD - (RE)LOAD PHASE STATISTICS - NUMBER OF INPUT RECORDS PROCESSED=1506795
DSNURILD - (RE)LOAD PHASE COMPLETE, ELAPSED TIME=00:01:56
-DB2I DSNURBXA - SORTBLD PHASE STATISTICS - NUMBER OF KEYS=1506795 FOR INDEX INFOGEN.XDV343
-DB2I DSNURBXA - SORTBLD PHASE STATISTICS - NUMBER OF KEYS=1506795 FOR INDEX INFOGEN.XDV342
DSNUGSAT - UTILITY DATA BASE SERVICES MEMORY EXECUTION ABENDED, REASON=X'00E40322' CAUSE=X'000E0000'
DSNUGBAC - UTILITY BATCH MEMORY EXECUTION ABENDED, REASON=X'00E40347'

Any help will be appreciated

Best regards
Hanne

(in response to Hanne Lyssand)
I think you'd have some UTPRINxx from sort. Check if you have any 'sort
capacity exceeded'. I don't remember well the error code but it could be a
parallel sort ended not OK.
