How many partitions is big?
Hi All,

I am looking for some assistance..

We are building a series of tables for benchmark testing and would like
them to be as representative of the real world as possible. One area we
would rather not guess at is how many partitions is realistic?

If you would, please drop me a private e-mail at *

[login to unmask email]*

with the number of partitions in your largest table space. Also include
whether this is a production object.

I promise that no customer names or information will be used or
distributed. I simply don't want to build a 2000 partition table space
if big is really around 200 and I don't want to build on the is 200 if
customers really have 2000 partitions.

Thanks in advance for the help
