CDB connecting two DB2s - one on RACF, one on ACF2

CDB connecting two DB2s - one on RACF, one on ACF2
Will this work? We have two sites, one running DB2 V8 NFM using RACF. The
other running DB2 V9 NFM using ACF2. Can an application expect to
successfully connect to the remote subsystem (either direction) and
successfully run queries when different security servers are being used?
What are the gotchas?
Thanks in advance.
Roy

(in response to Roy Reynolds)
The classic problem would be differences in authorization that allow something
to work in one direction and not in the other. Secondary ids are likely to have
differences, with very different implementations, for example.
