Listserv message slowdown

Listserv message slowdown
There was a slowdown in the number of messages and the list administrators
had some people reporting that they were not getting any messages at all in
the past week or two. Upon some investigation, the mail server that DB2-L
uses was found listed on a blocking site. Some people were not affected at
all it is totally up to your individual ISP how they filter mail and if
they happened to subscribe to that blocking list.

Spamhaus.org has removed the IP number from its list, so messages should
start flowing more normally as sites pick up that change. They never really
give great answers to how they put a domain on the list and can¹t say that
the domain is not on some other list too. But for now, it seems the issue
is being cleared up.

I¹m sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully things will be back to normal
for everyone by Monday! If there are any further issues, please let the
list administrators know so they can help resolve them.
