New Version of DARWIN available on UK Db2 User group website
Hi everyone,
I believe many of you have used a utility called DARWIN which has been available from the UK DB2 User Group website (http://www.gseukdb2.org.uk) for some time. It provides an alternative to using DSNTEP2 for customers who don't use PL/I. It is provided in COBOL source form, with sample JCL and usage notes.
Thanks to the generosity of Gary Joehlin and Sallie Mae Inc. we are now pleased to be able to share an improved version of DARWIN with the DB2 Community. This new version corrects truncation of DSNTIAR messages, increases the maximum size of SQL statements from 32Kb to 2Gb, and supports the DECIMAL(31) data type.
To download a copy of this new improved version please go our Shareware Page < http://www.gseukdb2.org.uk/shareware.htm > .

Have a great weekend,

Re: New Version of DARWIN available on UK Db2 User group website
(in response to Steve Thomas)
I'd like to make a correction to the features, the SQL Statement size max is 2 Mb.

Thanks,
Gary
