Tools Choices - Don't let the vendor decide
You are the customer so you make the decision which tool you buy - right?
Well, often this is the way it SHOULD be but is not
Over the years I have seen many occasions where tools choices have been made either explicitly or implicitly by the tools vendors themselves
This can happen where tools requirements are not adequately determined or whether feature/function priority is not identified
If you want the RIGHT tool to help with your job then only YOU can make that decision
This presentation will give you some thoughtful tidbits on how to structure a tools evaluation and acquisition
