Restaurant recomendations
Looking for a nice place for Dinner, not a chain restaurant. Any
recomendations?

If you spell nice with a few $$ signs (and you are not a vegetarian!), I would certainly recommend the Buckhorn Exchange. Easy to get to on the rapid transit train too

Mike - What kind of food is best associated with Colorado? I know going to Texas last year, everyone knew to be sure to try the beef and BBQ. What should every visitor to Colorado be trying to get a taste or the region? OK, I know the umm oysters are what come to mind, but what else? LOL - and are they any good if we do get brave enough to try them? What do they taste like? Chicken? everything tastes like chicken, right?
