below) designed to provide existing users with information on how to better
utilize the tools by taking advantage of new or more advanced functions
that you may not know about or use everyday. BMC technicians, not
salespeople, are presenting the sessions.

solutions in the past year. This session will cover all components of
BMC’s five DB2 solutions: Database Administration, Recovery Management,
Database Performance, SQL Performance and System Performance.

10:30am – 11:45am Time Saving Commands for CATALOG MANAGER for DB2
and CHANGE MANAGER for DB2

If you have CATALOG MANAGER and/or CHANGE MANAGER installed in your shop,
learn the tips and techniques that will automate your jobs and increase
your productivity.



11:45am – 1:15pm Lunch / Networking



1:15pm – 2:30pm Log Master for DB2 - Under the
Hood

Discussion on tuning and behavior parameters for Log Master for DB2 and
Apply Plus to influence performance and processing.



2:30pm – 2:45pm break



2:45pm – 4:00pm Apptune for DB2

Learn about the Apptune architecture and how to analyze DB2 performance
issues, pinpoint and identify “BAD” SQL Statements.
