The Indiana DB2 Users Group (www.In-DUG.org) and Lightyear
Consulting (www.lightyr.com), an IBM zSeries software business
partner, have teamed up to present a technical workshop for
DB2 for z/OS. This one-day workshop is designed for IT
managers, DBAs and systems programmers who have the
responsibility for installing, managing and tuning DB2 and DB2
applications on the zSeries platform.

This event is offered FREE of charge courtesy of Lightyear; a
continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.

We have two very experienced presenters for this meeting:
John Bohn and Tom Moulder.

John F. Bohn, a Senior Consultant, has over 30 years of
experience with IBM data management products. He spent over
26 years at SBC Communications working with IBM products,
including DB2 and IMS. When John left SBC as the Principal
Technical Architect for Database Management Systems, he became
a contracting consultant with the IBM Silicon Valley Lab and
subsequently was a DB2 for z/OS V8 subject matter expert with
a leading DB2 tools developer. He joined Lightyear Consulting
in 2004.

Tom Moulder is a recognized expert in the field of z/OS
performance and tuning. His career includes over 30 years
devoted to the tuning of z/OS and its related subsystems. He
has published magazine articles (most recently in the February
issue of z/Journal), presented at conferences around the world
(most recently at IDUG Europe in Nice, Fr.) and served as an
expert on the www.search390.com web site. He is chairman of
Southwest CMG, on the conference planning committee for
national CMG this year and active in all aspects of CMG. Tom
