Job Postings Experienced DB2 Consultants

The Fillmore Group, Inc., is a premier international provider of IBM
Information Management (DB2) systems integration, consulting, and
training solutions. Current and projected client demand enables us
to expand our consulting team with qualified, experienced, senior
DB2 consultants. Consultants will have the opportunity to work on
cutting-edge projects with the most advanced software and receive
ongoing training on other IBM Information Management platforms and
software products. These are full-time, career positions; no
subcontractors, please.

For the first position category, successful candidates will have
multiple years of hands-on experience administering DB2 on Linux,
Unix, and Windows. Areas of particular interest are Data
Partitioning Feature (DPF), SQL and Q Replication, DB2 Connect,
WebSphere (formerly DB2) Information Integrator, Cube Views, and DB2
OLAP Server.

The second position category requires experience designing,
implementing, and migrating large-scale IBM Content Manager
applications including performance tuning, server-consolidation, and
workflow.

For the third position category we are seeking candidates with a
strong DB2 Server for VSE&VM (SQL/DS) background.

For all positions, IBM DB2 certifications and classroom technical
training experience are pluses. Prior consulting experience is not
required.

No relocation will be necessary, but there will be some travel as
much as 50% at times. Given that the bulk of our client base is in
North America, candidates from other geographies cannot be
considered. On some engagements, consultants may work remotely via a
client's Virtual Private Network. Salary, variable compensation, and
benefits are all very competitive.

The Fillmore Group (http://www.thefillmoregroup.com) has been
providing DB2 services for 18 years and is led by DB2 Gold
Consultant Frank Fillmore, an industry expert and frequent presenter
at IBM and user-led software conferences.
