I/O. It does not mean that this message was an error for your job.
You may have had a different reason for the job to fail. Check all
messages in your job to see if there was a reason for the failure
other than DASD.
DASD alerts are caused by the storage appliance (EMC, IBM,
If it truly affected your job, you should bring that up to you z/OS
or Storage Admins. This is not something that should halt your job
unless the DASD Disk failed and the storage array did not recover
(this is all behind the scenes to your job running)
