RACF error userid from WLM

RACF error userid from WLM

We are getting a RACF ERROR (ICH408I) from WLM.

The "issuer" is a WLM PROC.

Where is the userid being picked up from?

Is it within DB2? or RACF?

I need to change the userid to avoid the error.

thanks

Bill

William, take a look at the stored procedures assigned to that environment and review the SECURITY setting of those procedures. I believe when SECURITY is set to DB2 it will use the WLM name and if set to USER it will use the execution id. The downside to the latter is there will likely be a RACF authentication, ICH70001I,  per stored procedure call which can add considerable overhead and increased elapsed times depending on the call volume.
