Try changing ARCPFX2 back to the default.
From the Manual:
COPY 2 PREFIX field (ARCPFX2 subsystem parameter)
The ARCPFX2 subsystem parameter specifies the prefix that is to be
used for the
second copy of the archive log data set. If you use single logging,
Acceptable values: valid data set name prefix; 1 to 35
Default: DSNCAT.ARCHLOG2 or DSNCAT.DSN1.ARCLG2
Update: option 4 on panel DSNTIPB
DSNZPxxx: DSN6ARVP ARCPFX2
Do not leave the COPY 2 PREFIX field blank.
It looks like this should correct the situation.
