Anyone using Brio with DB2?

Anyone using Brio with DB2?
We're about open up our DB2 OS/390 environment a bit to allow "efficient"
web-enabled reporting via Brio. We also use Brio for reporting against our
Oracle-based data warehouse.

We currently use DB2 Connect EE on Solaris, which will support the
production queries from the Brio web portal. We have not configured a
developer machine yet (NT), as we have not decided whether they will have
direct DB2 connectivity (via DB2 Connect PE or the run time client), along
with the Brio/DB2 interface.

I'm fishing for tips, tricks, and caveats from more savvy users. Thanks for
any advice!

Gary

Don't know all the particulars. Arizona State think it's www.asu.edu
implemented Brio as their client for data warehousing. They cross
query Sybase, DB/2, and maybe SQL servers. It's a very impressive
production(they've been here a couple of times to give the pitch). Think
they started out at $25 a seat and it's up to $750 a seat. Think Dr.John
Porter is head of OIR and John Rolm was the DBA at the time. For
sensitive updates use it in conjunction with Cold Fusion.

We are just starting to use Brio with OS390 DB2. If you allow your users
to create tables in Brio you do not have control over the tablespace size
or where it will be located.

Other then this it has gone pretty good.
