It seems like it’s been just a few days since my last letter. I guess time goes by quickly when you’re busy.
Just last week the IDUG exec team had a working meeting during which we came up with a huge task list for different IDUG volunteer teams. I’m sure they are very much looking forward to it :)
But first things first: a huge thanks to Jenny Brooks and the entire AU conference planning team for putting together a great conference in Sydney last month! I know how much work it involves but also what a rewarding feeling it is at the end of the process to look at the satisfied conference attendees. Your effort is very much appreciated! Thank you!
At the time of writing this letter, the online 2018 Db2 LUW Lab Day from Toronto has just finished and I hope you seized the opportunity to call in and join a few sessions during the day.

The conference in Malta features six different tracks over four days packed with technical sessions and also an additional Data Tech Summit track on Tuesday and Wednesday, focusing on analytics, machine learning, data science, and more.
