Abstract:  This presentation first provides an overview about the built-in audit facility of DB2 LUW. Next part isdetails on the possibilities it is giving for free and which challenges you have to accept when using it. At the end I will give some example how those challenges can be handled. Furthermore I will present cases from our customers that are currently using this feature to address internal security guidelines, the need to monitor every single User-SQL on a DB2 LUW database.
