  • Cancellations: Registration fees for the IDUG EMEA Db2 Tech Conference are non-refundable. Your registration includes access to the conference area, all sessions and content.

  • Substitutions: Prior to October 1st, your registration can be transferred to another person. Please contact idug@idug.org to do so. Once the conference begins, your registration will no longer be eligible for transfer.

  • Credit Card Types: IDUG accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

  • Cheque Payments: IDUG accepts cheques. You may complete this process through the registration form. Once you hit the payment page, select “pay by cheque”. An invoice will appear for processing.
