IDUG's 2022 EMEA Db2 Tech Conference was held at the EICC Edinburgh on October 22-26, 2022 and was a hybrid conference: you could register to attend on-site or to participate virtually.

Here were the two ways to join us:
On-Site Attendance
- 100% of all education, including Keynote Addresses, Technical Breakout Sessions and Vendor-Sponsored Presentations, with the ability to participate in all Q&A
- On-demand access after the event to recordings of all sessions
- All IDUG networking opportunities and events in Edinburgh
VIRTUAL Participation
- Education sessions, including Keynote Addresses and a pre-selected ~30% of Technical Breakout Sessions & Vendor-Sponsored Presentations (not all meeting rooms will have streaming capabilities) to be provided on each day of the event, with the ability to participate in those Q&As
- On-demand access after the event to recordings available to online participants
NEW - Db2 Fundamentals Tracks:
NEW at IDUG were the guaranteed to run Db2 for z/OS and Db2 database administration classes. NOTE: These week-long tracks will run concurrently, and in place of, the standard EMEA22 education sessions. There is a separate registration category to participate all week in one of these tracks.
DB2 for z/OS database administration class
- On-Site Attendance only
- Instructor led classroom training, covering most major topics a starting DBA should know
- After the classroom training access to the normal IDUG grid: the remaining sessions, including keynote addresses, Vendor-Sponsored Presentations & technical sessions; with the ability to participate in Q&A
- All IDUG networking opportunities and events in Edinburgh
DB2 (LUW) database administration class
- On-Site Attendance only
- Instructor led classroom training, covering most major topics a starting DBA should know
- After the classroom training access to the normal IDUG grid: the remaining sessions, including keynote addresses, Vendor-Sponsored Presentations & technical sessions; with the ability to participate in Q&A
- All IDUG networking opportunities and events in Edinburgh
