The live sessions can be accessed via a link from the daily agenda page or each track page. The HTML player at the top of the track page will play each session on schedule. You must be signed into the account you used to register to view the session player. 

Sessions are being live streamed. Your camera and microphone are not enabled. Once you arrive at the Session Page of your choice, select the “Play” button on the video player to begin watching live sessions.
Yes! For session replays, we encourage the use of the chat feature to interact with other attendees. Our presenters will be available via chat to answer these questions.

For live sessions, please submit your questions using the Q&A feature. Our session moderators will present questions to live presenters on your behalf. If a presenter does not get to your question, they will follow up in writing after the event.

  • Make sure you are signed into the account you used to register for the conference.
  • If you have many browser tabs open, try to close most of them except the one you’re using for the session.
  • Restart your browser.
  • Restart your router.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Update your browser to the latest version.
First, make sure that your computer speakers are turned on, and your computer volume is turned up.

Second, check the video player volume. By default, the video player volume is set to 80%. You can adjust the the video player volume by hovering your cursor over the player to show the toolbar. Select the “Volume” icon, and click and drag the slider to adjust the volume percentage up or down.
You can maximize the video player by hovering your cursor over the player to show the toolbar. At the bottom right of the toolbar, there is a “Maximize” button that, upon clicking, will allow you to extend the video player to full screen.


You can access the expo hall from the NA Virtual Conference menu bar or from each track page. 

The virtual expo page is open for the duration of the conference and each booth will have representatives available to chat with attendees during the following hours (times are in EDT):

Monday, June 7: 1:10 - 2:10 p.m. 
Tuesday, June 8: 3:35 - 4:35 p.m.
Wednesday, June 9: 2:55 - 3:55 p.m.
Thursday, June 10: 12:35 - 1:35 p.m.
Friday, June 11: 12:50 - 1:50 p.m.

You must be a registered conference attendee to access the expo.


Each day's sessions will be available for on-demand viewing and will remain available for a full year. The sessions can be accessed via the NA Virtual Conference website once they are posted. 


Session evaluations will be linked from both the live broadcast of the session and the on-demand viewing page.


If you are eligible for this offer, IDUG staff will reach out to you after the conference with a request form. Please note that only paid attendees are eligible. 


Visit your registration page here. Then select "Add Additional Options."



Select the session you want to add and hit the "Finish" button at the bottom of the page. 

Please note that the deadline to register for Educational Seminars, Hands-On Labs, and Workshops is Wednesday June 9
